MOVE!

Four ELements TUNING

Let your energy vibrate and transform your day

Liquid Spine - TUNING  is a vibrant, energizing practice designed to bring your day to life by aligning with the qualities of the 4 elements — earth, air, fire and water

Whether you’re waking up, powering through the afternoon, or winding down in the evening, this dynamic approach keeps you grounded, energized, and in flow.

You can start your day by tuning into your body, drawing strength from the earth beneath you. In the afternoon, ignite your fire, boosting your energy and sharpening your focus. As evening falls, flow like water, releasing tension and restoring balance.
Or just the other way around , and how you love it!
wherever you are & whatever you do, movement is the key !

let your energy vibrate and transform your day!
